Our TeamMarta Díaz Barrera, Managing Partner at Impulsando y Entrenando tu Talento, proves to have an extensive professional experience in American and French multinational companies, performing management and direction roles in Madrid as well as in Paris. In 2002 she joins the Michelin Group with the objective of creating and launching ViaMichelin in the Spanish market, where she achieved the highest turnover among the five countries where the company was present. A couple of years before she pursued a similar challenge when she took part of the launch of the American subsidiary Peregrine Systems, in Spain and Portugal. After spending several years in France, she comes back to Spain and joins an ecommerce site as Country Manager. She was then commissioned to relaunch the business and define a brand new strategic direction. Prior to creating Impulsando y Entrenando tu Talento, Marta worked in a headhunting firm as Counsulting Director responsible of executive search profiles together with technical profiles. This experience empowered her to acquire even more experience in the search and selection industry. From an HR point of view, she has full knowledge of all of the roles which take part in a job hunting process. She has in fact acted as candidate, as client as well as headhunter, all of which enriches and provides the most interesting value when she counsels and guides her clients. Marta is Associate Professor at universities and business schools, where she teaches practical oriented Training programs focused on Employment addressed to both graduates and undergraduate students. She additionally works closely with City Halls in Madrid in the definition of workshops and classes specifically focused on how to achieve success when looking for a job.
