Dual Career for ExpatsFamily issues remain a major aspect of international mobility, especially when it comes to spouse/partner´s career support. For this reason, at Impulsando y Entrenando tu Talento we have created two Dual Career Programs absolutely focused on the expat spouse and on the purpose to firmly pursue with their professional career in Spain. Both of our Dual Career Programs offer counseling and professional guidance to provide our client with essential local job search tools, including online follow-ups and spouse career support on the job hunting process. We suggest a first contact with the client prior to the relocation so as to reassure him, learn more about his expectations and explain him how we can provide value and be helpful. |
